Please reset my license activations so I can use my licensed software.

I have my Pro subscription on my main home Mac and have had to log out and log in with a different Mac while traveling. Usually, when I return home, I can re-activate it on my home Mac. Now, I'm getting a message than I activated it on 3 Macs and I have to buy another license! That is absolutely unreasonable! I cannot re-activate it on my home Mac, so I can't use my existing license at all. So I need to be able to reset the activation for my main computer. I should be able to use my license on one computer at a time. Something is screwed up on your server when I can't use my license on anything at all and should not be expected to buy another license! In my Dashboard, I should be able to select which computer is using the active license.

    Hi,
I have a similar problem. I have changed Macbook and now I cannot activate my parallels license (Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition) on my new macbook.
Is it possible to reset the license?

Had the same issue. I traded in my old MacBook Pro (after doing a factory reset) to get my new MacBook Pro, but when trying to activate, I just get error "License has reached its activation limit issue". I submitted a request to reset this over a week ago, even sent a follow up request and get no response back. Very frustrating.
