I have been having trouble cancelling my account and have tried calling Parallels multiple times per day for the last 3 days not one to get some one on the phone even after leaving multiple messages and sways getting sent to voice mail or just hung up on. The kicker is that when you chose the refund option on their phone line it automatically hangs up on you..... disgusting business practice. My question is how do I actually reach a person and get my money back at this point the bank is going to get involved as I have everything documented.
