I have Parallels Version 19.0.0 (54570) with a Business Edition license. According to this article, I should be able to "create a new virtual machine from the list of Free Systems and select Download Ubuntu with x86_64 emulation." There is a screenshot in the article showing the separate ubuntu in the OS list. https://kb.parallels.com/en/129871 However, I do not see this OS in the list to create a new VM. The option to add emulation to an already-created VM is also missing. Any suggestions?
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Please collect an additional technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply. Thanks
Today, the option for Ubuntu with x86_64 emulation was available in Parallels. I did not restart my computer or update Parallels, but somehow the problem is gone.
I'm also experiencing this issue. I've restarted my computer just in case and that didn't help. If any of the staff sees this, direction on how to solve this issue would be very appreciated.
