How do I move the only 3 Windows apps I need to run on Mac from my Win 10 VM to the new Win 11Pro VM?

I had Parallels-17 running on MacBook Pro with Win 10. I couldn't upgrade to Win 11Pro on my Macbook Pro because it was 2015. I bought a new MacBook Air M1. I used migration assistant to move everything from a Time Machine backup. When I tried to run Parallels Win 10 VM in new M1 it said I needed Win 11Pro. I upgraded it. I was able to clean install 1 of the 3 Windows apps I need to run on Mac. When trying to install Outlook 2013 which runs perfectly on my other laptop, Win 11 says it can't install it.

I need to bring it the other 2 Windows apps from that Win 10VM to the Win 11Pro VM. I was able to open the WIn 10 drive and see everything but but I don't know what to move or where to put it on the Win 11Pro VM. I only need to get those 2 apps from that Win 10 VM : Outlook 2013 and Quicken 2015. If I can move those two I'll upgrade to Parallels 19. If not then I don't need Parallels anymore. I need those 2 apps, I don't use Windows for games or anything else.

I did what https://kb.parallels.com/en/125344#section1 shows but it stops short of then showing me what to do next. It says :

5- Copy the data and paste it to a folder on a Mac (you can share it with the ARM-based virtual machine later) or to an external drive:
6- Once you finish copying the data, eject the disks from Finder:

Then it leaves you hanging and doesn't tell me HOW to install it into Windows 11PRO VM or HOW to "...share it with the ARM-based virtual machine...".

    Hello,
Please note that it is not possible to move application from your old Windows 10 on the new one.
Virtual machines created on Intel-based Mac computers have x86_64 CPU architecture that is fundamentally different from the Arm architecture.
Software applications are heavily dependent on a computer's CPU architecture: an application that is compiled (created) for one architecture, cannot be easily run on another architecture.
Therefore, a virtual machine created on an Intel-based Mac cannot be used on a Mac with Apple silicon, and vise-versa
You will only be able to back up the data, but not applications, you will have to install those applications on the new instance.
Kindly refer to this article for more info: https://kb.parallels.com/125344
    Thank you.

I already read that article as you can see when I mentioned it on my second comment. I just hoped that when you say in your FAQ's

"If a user runs Parallels Desktop 17 or a later version, they can continue to use Parallels Desktop with Apple M-series Mac."

that you would add "but your programs won't work unless you reinstall them".

Will there be a migration wizard for a Windows 10 PC in Parrallels Desktop 19 in the future?
This seems to have existed up to version 18 and I would like to know before buying if this is being worked on.

That's a great question because they might assume that everyone has done it by now, which wasn't my case.
