how do I cancel?

    I did not authorize an auto-renewal and need to cancel. But Parallels makes it very hard to contact anyone in order to do so. Can anyone offer assistance? Much appreciated.

    Gents,
    Please cancel my renewal and my credit card number from your system to avoid future charges, I have not used your product for a year, but today my credit card was charged again. Tried to cancel from my Parallel account - failed.
