Logitech G29 Racing Wheel Not seen in Win 10

I downloaded the trial of 15 to try some of my DirectX 11 games. My G29 Racing wheel works fine under MacOS and is seen in the system report.

I started W10 in Parallels and installed the Logitech software and the wheel was plugged into the USB port and seen by MacOS. However it is not seen under the USB drives in Parallels.

Is it not possible to add the wheel to Parallels?

I have a similar problem where I plugged the G29 into my mac mini M2 and straight out the box, its working. However, using it in Parallels - Windows 11, the wheel is limited to it's movements and the force feedback is disabled. I have tried every tip going on the internet, bit still no joy ☹
