How to activate Windows 11?

    I purchased a full Windows 11 license from the Microsoft Store, and it activated my parallels VM. I then had to delete the VM which was not working and created a new VM but it will not activate. I've logged in with the same Microsoft account as before. I've tried several options in the Windows activation troubleshooter but either tells me it 'can't activate' or wants a product key. No product key came with the Microsoft Store purchase. How do I activate Windows?

    From the Microsoft Support page:
    "The product key is in the confirmation email you received after buying your digital copy of Windows. Microsoft only keeps a record of product keys if you purchased from the Microsoft online store. You can find out if you purchased from Microsoft in your Microsoft account Order history."

    I don't see the product key in the email (I can post if needed) nor in my Microsoft Account in the Order History-> Order Details. The email has nearly identical information. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    My apologies. It is a good few years since I bought a key directly from Microsoft. If the device was visible in your Microsoft account, it is simple to re-activate from there, but I understand you don't see it. As your purchase is very recent, it is worth going to Microsoft Support and quoting your Order number. I have sometimes found them helpful.

    I am having the same problem, had to uninstall Parallels from my Mac as it was not working properly. After reinstalling Windows is not recognising my digital licence, I have been talking to their support for two days now trying to troubleshoot this problem but to no avail! They told me to contact parallels for trying to reinstalling Windows 11 again, and I can't seem to find any way to contact their tech support... Let me know if you resolve this issue!
