Activation issues, upgrade???

    I am now getting the prompt to enter an the new key and an old key (?).
    Then I get to the error message: The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.

    What is this?
    Is this something New?

    Could you please provide more details?
    Did you purchase an upgrade key, and you are trying to activate it ?
    Could you please provide us with a screenshot of your error message?

    I bought an activation code and it asks for an upgrade key. I dont have.
