System: MacBook Pro M2 Max, current Parallels as of today. FWIW, Windows 11 has connected just fine before.
Also, I am up and running. I had a PVMP and it works fine. I am posting this for later, as in the middle of July I need to do a fresh install: It's what I do when I get a new client.
Today I wanted to do a fresh install. During the installation, I got a Windows message that I needed internet. I went through all sorts of network settings, even plugging in a physical LAN, but it never progressed. And of course, all the while the macOS was on line. Any ideas?

Make sure that the network adapter selected in Parallels is compatible with Windows 11. You might need to update the Parallels software to ensure compatibility with the latest Windows version

In my case, I get either new, full downloads, or do an update prior to starting.
