Hi, cannot open this app on mojave;tried one of the solutions suggested then i quit...they say it's compatible with mojave! I expect that when i buy a product then it will work without spending hours to fix the problem... Can you help me? Thanks in advance
Hello, As a possible solution, kindly provide permissions to Parallels Desktop for Accessibility and Full Disk Access by referring to the steps in this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124764 and try opening Parallels Desktop again.
