To fix internet connectivity issues in Parallels Desktop for Mac macOS virtual machine, ensure it's set to use the "Shared" network type, restart the virtual machine, confirm host Mac has a working internet connection, reset network settings on the VM, disable firewall/antivirus, or reinstall Parallels Tools. Contact Parallels support if none of these steps work.
Hello, For us to further investigate the internet issue, kindly provide us with the following information: 1. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post. 2. Also, please confirm do you have a specific use case to use your virtual machine in "Shared Networking"? Thank you!
