    Hi Everyone,
I don't know if anyone had the same problem. When I now click reply or new message on Outlook (Windows version) within a Windows 11 Pro shell, some or all of the original message window is not showing completely.
I know the window is there, because in the Windows taskbar, you can see another window has been created. I have to go down to the bar to trigger the full window before I can type the message.
Maybe I should change a setting somewhere within Parallels to avoid this?
It didn't use to be an issue and I haven't changed any default settings in Parallels or Windows 11.
The computer is an Intel based Macbook Pro 2.4GHz, 8-Core Intel Core i9 with 32 Gb of RAM. I think Windows 11 can only use 8Gb, so that's the default on Parallels allocated to Windows?

    Thank you in advance.

If you are facing an issue with Outlook , for us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
    2. Reproduce the issue and create a video recording of the issue following the article https://kb.parallels.com/en/118652 and upload the recorded file via secured file sharing link (provide us with the link).
    Thanks

    Hello Pramesh,
I have created a video capture using QuickTime as suggested. However the file is 32Mb, so I can't attach it here.

The following screenshot shows theview of the message when I click new message. The window opens, but it seems if there is a Windows window behind, then the new window will be limited to the old borders of thae window behind, until I double click the window at the front. if you tell me how to upload the video (which in your instructions require a link that you give me) then I will do that too?
