    Hi Guys,

    Could you provide any help for that type of case while typing a new upgrade license and old one?

    After clicking activate and active on this mac this message occurs.

    "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

    I have the exact same issue. I uninstalled Parallels Desktop Pro from my Mac Mini and sold it. I then bought a MacBook Air M2, installed Parallels Desktop on it, but hot the following error message when I tried to activate it:
    "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."
    I have an active Parallels Desktop Pro subscription which renews September 2023.
    Trying to open a ticket with Support just sends me into an endless loop and this has been going on for several days.
    Please help!
