Subscription issue not resolved with support articles

    Hi, I am being told my subscription to a standard parallels desktop application has expired when I read that it should be a one-time purchase. Trying to re-enter my activation key doesn't help and trying to renew gives me an error saying "You are not an original owner of a license key. Ask an owner of the license key to renew, or buy your own subscription." I am reading the key off the physical box that I purchased. What gives? This has overall been a terrible experience. Also, trying to contact customer support is a nightmare. The support links provided do not help my situation at all.
