I have been using parallels for a very long time now. It has been about a year and a half since I had a reason to use windows, after my last upgrade from Apple, parallels would not work it tells me it cannot load the drivers. I thought if I deleted parallels and reinstalled it that might help but now it tells me that I do not have a web connection and my connection is perfect. The latest version of parallels I have is 11 and my operating system is High Sierra 10.13.6. I would appreciate any help you guys can give me.
    thank you

    Hello Frankv10,

Kindly provide more information to aid in troubleshooting this issue.
    1. What version of Windows did you try to install?
    2. Is your Macbook connected to a VPN?
    3. Do you get the "no web connection" error message on your Macbook or on the virtual machine?
    4. Please collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID as well as the result of the flag test in a reply to this post.
    We will await your response.

1 To start I am not trying to install windows, I am trying to activate Parallels. That is where I get the no internet connection message.

    2. I am not using a MacBook, it is a 21.5" Mac computer, I have the latest OS version for this computer. High Sierra 10.13.6. There are no other updates. There is no VPN.

    3. I get the "No web connection" on the computer.

    4. I cannot send you a Technical report because I cannot get out of the Activation key.

    activation window.
