Does anybody have a support phone number or email address that works for Parallels? I am caught in a loop where I no longer have access to the original email address that I signed up with Parallels. I cannot access support through email or on the phone since I cannot create a ticket. When I try to login into my account - it states that I need to check my email to login which I no longer have access too. I need to manage the license key for a new machine and there is no way for me to do it now. Extremely frustrating - nobody really thought through this process from a customer service stand point. I am ready to call my credit card and dispute the transactions.
