No sound in Win11 except when I have Win7 in the background open

    I recently installed an new VM for Windows 11 in addition to my existing VM with Windows 7. When I open the VM Win11 I do not get hearable sound, though I can see the sound modulation in the setup windows. I think I am now through with anything possible to change: No chance! A strange thing is happening when
    I open the VM Win7: In Win7 I have excellent sound - no problem! When I leave the VM Win7 active in the background than I actually have hearable sound in
    VM Win11 as well.... But that workaround is not really useful since it uses resources in need in Win11. Today I reinstalled Windows 11 and I reinstalled Parallels.
    No change. I contacted Parallels support - that was not helpful either... What else could be the cause? Any help or idea is very much appreciated.

    2. If the issue still persists, Please collect an additional technical report 'https://kb.parallels.com/9058 ' (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this e-mail.
