Unable to Register Key Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro

I am unable to figure out which email I initially used when setting up Parallels last year. I am attempting to manage my subscription (renewal happens in a few days). Based on what I'm seeing in the program under My Licenses, I'm guessing I never registered my license, although I've been using it extensively over the past year.

I can't email support, because apparently you need a registered license (not just a license) to do so. I tried to use a couple of the emails I thought would work, but both of them tell me the license has already been registered. Please advise.
