Parallels not opening

Hy guys,

I have succesfully installed parells 3.0 on my imac which is running tiger. I have only once however managed to open it, all other times it bounces my icon and then says cannot open application (or a message of similiar sorts). I have applied all common logic and attempted uninstalling and reinstalling but all to no avail, the problem is still apparent.

Does anybody know how to solve this?

I spent £50.00 on this from the Apple store, so i would like it sorting.

Have you tried to remove the program from the dock by clicking it and move it above the dock and then drag it back from the programs folder to the dock again?
