I was trying to connect PS4 Controller and my logitech keyboard and mouse but unable to detect any bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth is confirmed and has been enabled in Parallels Control. Any workaround?

    Here's my system configuration:
Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac (17.1.4)
    MacOS 12.4 (Monterey)
    Windows 11

Appreciate if someone can advise because I need the bluetooth to work with at least mouse and keyboard for work in Windows. Thanks very much in advance!

Hello @hanbaobao, Please reinstall the Parallels Tools by referring - KB Parallels: Parallels Tools manual installation, then to share your Bluetooth devices with a virtual machine > Open virtual machine configuration > Hardware > USB & Bluetooth and enable Share Bluetooth devices with Windows and then in Windows go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Click Add Bluetooth or other device buttons, then follow on-screen instructions to pair your device. Thanks.

Hi, I tried reinstalling parallels per the step by step but it's the same. Unable to pair. It takes forever to detect the bluetooth device, then it started asking for pin which I input but still taking forever to pair.
