Disconnected Product from account can't connect them again

  1. Hi there,

    my intentions was, to quit my Abonnement.
    So I disconnected my product (parallels desktop for Mac) unintentionally from my account.
    In order to quit my abo, I need to connect it again to my account.
    If I try to type in my Licensekey, it says its already registered.

    Any Ideas how to solve it?

    Hello, we have deleted your email addresses from public forum for security purpose. As per checking your Parallels Desktop Business license key, we can see that it is not registered yet.
