Parallels 17 MacBook Pro M1 Max 64GB

I have installed Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac Pro Edition Version 17.1.4 (51567). The installation was successful without any issues, during the installation there was no point in this process where I could select or change the number cores used and also select the size of HD space on my M1 Max. Once installation had finished I selected the following. Windows 11 Configuration, then select Hard Disk, I then can only clik on the advance button, on doing so the Location drop down box goes grey where I'm unable to select anything, all I can do is click OK button.

Could someone please advise why I'm unable to select anything or change both the amount of Hard Disk space and number of cores.

Also because this is the second time of installation when I try and register my Windows 11 Licence Key it comes up and says already registered and not able to activate Windows 11.

Any help will be most welcome.
