Unable to Upgrade to Windows 11

I updated Parallels to V. 17 and have a TPM. But my virtual machine is not letting me upgrade to Windows 11. As such, I am stuck on Windows 10 -- which isn't supported. How do I proceed?

 

Hello, Kindly check if your BIOS type is Legacy/UEFI by referring this link Check if Windows virtual machine has EFI/UEFI or Legacy BIOS firmware interface (parallels.com). Because only UEFI BIOS can be upgraded to Windows 11 and please do a PC health check as mentioned in this link - Address PC Health Check alerts on Windows 11 system requirements (parallels.com) and let us know if you receive any error message.
