Parallels Desktop Installer crashing repeatedly

    Trying to install Parallels Desktop v17.1.1 on Mac OS 12.2.1, MacBook Pro Intel Core i5.
    Each time I launch the installer it crashes with 'prl_client_app quit unexpectedly'.
    Not sure if there is an issue with my OS or with the installer?

    Hello, Please shut down all the virtual machines, quit the Parallels Application, and then uninstall the Parallels Application from the 'Application' folder of Mac.
    Once uninstalled, restart your Mac and perform the 'First Aid' from the disk utility > Install the Parallels Application from this link - www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd17 and check.
