after I recovery my Mac:旧激活密钥尚未被许可证服务器接受

I have two lisences one is pd 16, one is for pd17 upgrade. When I recovery my Mac and reinstall pd 17, it need to fill in two lisences keys, but the original pd16 key cannot be activated and show: 旧激活密钥尚未被许可证服务器接受. However, when I just use pd 16 app, this pd 16 liscense can be activated.

So you still did not solve my problem, I still can NOT use this app. So is this your after-sales service level ? You even cannot fix bugs of your product.
