Can't install Parallels 17 on M1 Mac desktop

Hey Guys, I have renewed my subscription for Parallels Pro and cannot install it on a new 24 inch iMac computer. The installation file downloads the program but then there is a flickering message after about fifteen seconds later and then nothing happens. I understand that the Mac password box should open but it never does. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

 

I would download the install file a second time and try the new file. Sometimes downloads get corrupted.
