I want to stop the automatic start of the memory release tool.

The memory release tool starts automatically when mac starts. Can this be stopped?

When I restart my mac, the memory release tool starts automatically as shown in the JH01.png.

The memory release tool is not included in the login item of the system settings as shown in JH02.png.
