I'd love to have the option to select a window or application and have it float on top of the others with adjustable translucence - kind of like the Picture-in-Picture in Parallels Desktop.
I am looking for this as well. To be able to select a window and have it on top no matter where I click. Opacity is not important for me, but window on top is a must and I don't see a simple app to do that easily.
This would be an excellent feature for one's work flow, especially while taking notes and/or being mindful of a task that has to be completed.
