I have a number of licences ~15, which I purchased on behalf of the company I work for. 2 of the licences were assigned to users & Macbooks, These users have now left the organisation. Machines are wiped of all previous configurations & re-assigned when someone leaves, meaning the licences on their old machine is no longer available. I am trying to reassign one of the licences to a new user. The existing licence expires in April 2022, so we have only benefitted from 5 months of the 12 month licence. Is there a way we can reassign the licence to a new user & macbook please? below is the error we get when trying to re-use the licence.
