windows 7, 8.1 does not work in parallels 17

    mac os - high sierra 10.13.6
    macbook pro late 2011
    2.4ghz intel core i5
    8 gb 1333 ddr3

    windows 7, 8.1 does not work in parallel 17, the installation goes fine, but windows itself does not respond to either the mouse or the keyboard after loading, I tried win 7 and 8.1 several times
    in parallel 16 trial version, everything worked fine on this macbook
    what to do?
