Hello - would welcome advice from any seasoned Parallels users on an error I'm experiencing since upgrading recently to Parallels 16 from 15. I'm getting a regular error message in the VM saying that Window has detected an IP conflict. Things I've tried so far:
    • Checked the config is already set to Shared Network (not Bridged) as per this Parallels KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/5148
    • Confirmed using ipconfig/all in the VM that there seems to be no conflict (VM's IP address starts with 10. and rest of my network start with 192.)
    • Refreshed the VM's address using ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew
I logged a request with Parallels support on Monday but have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I've tried contacting support by chat but there doesn't seem to be anyone available and it times out.
I'm on Mac OS Big Sur.

Hi, could you provide us with the screenshot of the issue and with the technical report please?

Hi @Maria@Parallels - technical support 372468647 submitted with a screenshot of the Win10 VM error message.

For info, support ticket 2987471 relating to this has been closed without any update or solution (seems to relate to my unsuccessful attempt to contact support by chat), and support ticket 2985411 is still open with no updates so far.

Could someone from Parallels provide an update on this? I've been in touch recently with @Maria@Parallels but not had a response since Monday in private chat. The query has been outstanding for over a month and little progress seems to have been made. Now getting multiple IP conflict errors per day since implementing recommended registry change. (@IvanD@Parallels tagged in case Maria is unavailable)

Hi, do you have a support ticket opened? I'd want to suggest a remote session to your computer to look at the issue more closely.
Please create one if not and post its number to me in private message. Or may be send me your email in forum's private message (I'll ask support team to create a ticket for you)

I have a ticket that has been opened for a number of weeks. I've been liaising with @Maria@Parallels about the issue. I've done a remote session without any success in diagnosing the issue. I've made registry changes on Parallels' recommendation which has made the problem worse. I've created multiple Tech Data reports.
Is @Maria@Parallels available for you to liaise with? She has the information you've requested.

Having received no response from @Maria@Parallels @Elric I have ditched Parallels usage - I'm unable to continue using the product until tech support responds

Their support is discussing, and that's from a German to a German company. they have no clue, no Tech education and give a damn. We had issues with every upgrade and I resolved it and they "Tech morons" as me to explain to them how we fixed it?? In Germany we would say "If you send s.. you get s..."
