    Hello:
Parallels and Windows were running fine till yesterday, when I did a routine Windows update. Now, launching Windows leads to an error ("stop") code: 0xc000021a. Windows tries an automatic repair, but that doesn't work, and it again prompts me to restart, which leads again to the automatic repair.
I'm running Parallels on a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019). macOS is Catalina v. 10.15.7. MacOS is running fine, and I ran First Aid on the Mac system disk and found no errors.
Any thoughts on the best way to fix this? Should I just uninstall and reinstall Parallels and Win10?
    Thanks!
    Patrick

Thanks. I fixed the issue by removing and reinstalling Windows. Perhaps not the most efficient approach, but it worked.
BTW, my outreach to Parallels support was (putting it mildly) disappointing. Despite emails, phone calls, and multiple chat sessions, I never got through to anyone or received any help. That's one-star customer support.
