Windows 10 Unregistered

Following instructions to install Parallels 16.5.1 to run on new iMac with M1 chip, download a Windows 10 ARM, beta version, BUT it is not possible to register or buy a license for this beta Windows 10. I have many Windows 10 programs on "old" iMac running WIN 10 via Parallels, BUT until Windows and Parallels lets users register a supported version of 10 (not beta), it is NOT possible to run Windows programs on my new iMac. Would be nice if Parallels team let us know, yes, you can download a beta ARM Windows 10 and run it, BUT you can't install any WIN 10 programs to run. When?? No one on Parallels chat knows.
