I bought a single perpetual license for parallels and have since bought a new mac. I was able to transfer the Parallels Desktop license from the old Mac to the new one, but I can't get the license to activate for the toolbox on the new Mac.
Hello, which version of Parallels Toolbox are you using? If you use version 5.0 then you can find all available licenses to activate Parallels Toolbox here: open Parallels Toolbox window -> press on cogwheel -> Account & License.
