Blank black screen after windows loads in Parallels

I am unable to get into Windows. WIndows boots up fine, but then after the Vista cicle comes up, the screen is black. I tried to transfer my files, but then it would not allow me move my Microsoft Word files. I tried to open them up with Parallels explorer, and they would not open. Can someone please help me?????????????

I fixed it! I downloaded the update to Parallels and used the Parallels explorer and this time it transferred. Whewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Thnak goodness.
