Hello, We have 4 Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac accounts (S35972036, S35972493, S35972248 and S35971843). Subscriptions for these accounts expired last month. We have tried several times to renew them by entering a credit card number. We get a message saying that the operation was successful, but our subscriptions are not activating. Only the number S35971843 was activated after several days of waiting. What do we have to do ? Thanks for your help !
