I just buy the product and try to get support. The respond is not really acceptable, I open the ticket on June 29, but no feedback. I also tried the online chat waiting more than 5 minutes, nobody join the chat. To be honest I very like the quality of the product. But I think I will request a refund, the company seems to not be sufficiently reliable. i'm the only client who get this kind of issue with the support ?

Finally got answer from Vasily your colleague. I reply to him, waiting of his answer about the end of support of Windows 10 ARM, my Windows update page told me that my version is no longer supported. The only option is upgrade to Windows 11 ARM but I can't because TPM is not available yet for M1. do you if I will be able to use Windows ARM with Parallels? thanks a lot for your help, it greatly appreciated Éric
