Accidentally Deleted the harddrive.hdd file

I was trying to free up space on my Mac and ended up deleting the harddrive.hdd (I was using software to free up space and suggested deleting the hdd file). So now when I open windows it shows that they are unable to open harddisk 1 (because I deleted it).

Is there a way to download a new harddrive file or any other solution to be able to use my windows parallels again without losing all the data? I am using abaqus on my windows and have very important data that I can't loose. PLEASE HELP

If you have used default settings and saved your Abaqus files to Desktop / Documents, then you should still be able to find them on your Mac in Finder.
You can then reinstall Windows, install Abaqus and open these files.
