Cannot activate on repaired computer

    My MacBook had its logic board replaced, so now it appears as a new computer. Parallels 11 won't activate. I get the "Unable to confirm the product license" message. Help text said to log out, but then Parallels wants me to log in again and then fails to activate. Can you deactivate my key from previous system IDs, so I can use it on my repaired MacBook?

    I placed this question in Twitter and Messenger as the support page suggested... no response so far.
