Unable to instal Parallels Desktop 16 with Mac running El Capitan 10.11.6

    Just purchased Parallels Desktop 16. Cannot install from download. Note says cannot install with Mac running El Capitan 10.11.6. I am running Windows 8 with Parallels 14 now. How can I install the new Parallels Desktop 16?

    Hello, Parallels Desktop 16 doesn't compatible with El Capitan, please check this KB article for more information.
    In order to install the newest Parallels Desktop version please update your macOS.
