Dear Support Team, When entering my product key it tells me: "Dieser Lizenzschlüssel ist bereits registriert." I know that I have deleted the prior account with this key, but it is odd that I am not able to re-register this key in my new account. It would be great to get support from your side. Then I am also able to upgrade my license to Parallels 16. Support needed.
Deleting the account will not unregister the key from it. Your email will be deleted from the records but the key will still be registered under an encrypted account similar to "asjkhk1kljlasa34lkk". Provide us the first 12 alphanumeric characters of the key to check and assist.

Secondly I am wondering: In the parallels account there is no option to de registered license keys. That would avoid problems like I have. Thanks for your feedback.
