I am selling my old MacBook and I installed 15 on it couple years ago. I have had some trouble with the computer so I bought another MacBook Pro, now I have done the sign out on the old MacBook and uninstalled it but when I try and activate on the new MacBook Pro, I get the "Activation limit reached" even though I see the license is available. I re installed it on the old Mac and it allows me to put it back on there but that does me no good. I have since signed out again and uninstalled it again off the old MacBook, I am hoping you can help me get my Parallels 15 activated on my new Mac. I have trusted you guys for years and I buy about 3 copies every version you have put out since version 3! please help, thank you from a lifelong supporter Scott
Hi, we've checked your account and found a lot of different license keys. Could you provide us with your key that you would like to transfer please?
Yes, the Parallels 15 key ends in AZ79MD. I don't think posting the whole number here publicly is safe so I hope that can work. otherwise if you need the whole number I can call if there is a reference number to get that to you.
I'm using 13 on my kitchen iMac and my daughters iMac at college I'm using 14 on my music room iMac and my sons Mac Pro in his dorm room I'm using 15 on my MacBook I use in the den and the other on my wife's Mac air I'm using 16 on my iMac in my office and my MacBook Air I use traveling. So in all I'm using 8 macs with various versions of parallels depending on basically what is version and what age the Mac is.
Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Upgrade - 2 Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac - 1 Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Upgrade - 3 Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac Upgrade - 3 Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac Upgrade - 2 Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac Upgrade - 2 These are the keys in your account but if you can see all of them are upgrades except Parallels Desktop 11. You are upgrading to three Parallels Desktop 13 from two Parallels Desktop 10 and a Parallels Desktop 11 then from Parallels Desktop 13 you have upgraded to Parallels Desktop 14 by purchasing upgrade keys. So you are upgrading the versions using upgrade keys if you wish to use older versions on different Macs instead of purchasing an upgrade you should have purchased full keys. Currently you can only use Parallels Desktop on three devices for other devices you should buy full keys.
