Whenever I try to connect Parallels to my Bootcamp Partition, it does recognize it, but it gives this error message when attempting to boot:
The Boot Camp partition "/dev/disk1s2" used by Hard Disk 1 is not supported.

I only have 1 Bootcamp Partition, which is the only drive that shows up in the Hard Disk drop-down menu. Any help?

I'm using MacOS 10.14.6 and Parallels Desktop 16. The hard drive seems fine.

I've just noticed something else. There is an out-of-place partition shown in Disk Utility that's called disk1s2, the same one that is supposedly giving Parallels issues. I will see if I can somehow remove this partition through Boot Camp. disk-utility.png

I fixed the issue. I went to terminal and used diskutility to erase volume disk1s2, which made Parallels use the normal partition. Boot Camp runs find on Parallels now.
