Encrypted vmware not asking for password when i start vm

I have a issue that my encrypted vmware using windows is not prompting a password before running windows 10 it was working fine but after the update when i start my vm no encryption password is asked can someone help thanks! im using mac os catalina and latest version of parallel desktop
