    Hello.
How can I restore only a particular windows folder from my Parallels Time Machine backups?
I see in my Time Machine backups a folder named "Windows 10.pvm" in folder "Parallels". Do I need to restore this file? Or how to get to a specific folder in the backups?
    Thanks for any input.
    Pedro

Hello, you can restore your Windows .pvm file, open it at Parallels Desktop app and find the folder you need to restore.
Please let us know if it's not that case.

The question is my backups are in an external Western Digital disk (NAS). I can see that there's at the backup a file named "windows 10.pvm". Do I need to restore it with Time Machine? Can you tell me the steps to get to the folder I need? Thanks.

Do you need to restore a specific folder from your Windows VM, like a documents folder, could you clarify please?

In this case please restore your VM, start it (if you've already removed Parallels Desktop please install a trial version) and copy and paste your specific folder where would you like to.
