Upon checking my bank statement today there was a charge for a subscription renewal for parallels. this struck me as strange as I had not received any notice and I have not used the product for months. I have attempted to sign in to both the product and the web-based portal to change/contest the subscription but it says that I don't have one. The support function is nonexistent. I can't call without a ticket and can't make a ticket. It is an insane circle of unacceptable customer service. So I am here, in the forum looking for assistance. Unsurprisingly, many other customers have had the same issue. Please help me to stop the subscription and refund my last payment.
@Maria@Parallels I do not have a purchase order, that is the problem. I believe I bought parallels over a year ago. but on 11/14/2020 there was a charge for renewal. I was unaware of this. I do not have an email informing me of the charge. Below is what my scene looks like. there are no active subscriptions. but there appears to be one in the parallels desktop preferences.
We can see that your subscription is purchased using the email address "aaron@***.schump.com" and it is registered with the Apple Login "7yj6***@privaterelay.appleid.com". We have initiated a refund for the recent renewal and the key will be deactivated. Let us know if you have any questions.
