I shut my Mac down, and then started it again. I went to the Windows XP logo to log into parallels. I use Quicken 2012 Version for my book keeping. The XP would not load. I tried to have parallels find it but didn't succeed. I then went and loaded a new version of windows 10 through parallels. I tried to find my Quicken 2012 files. Nothing on Windows 10. I have all my books on that version of Quicken. Do I unload Windows 10, and reload Windows XP through Parallels, or do something else.
Waiting for an answer this AM if possible?

Hello, what is your Parallels Desktop and macOS version?
Did you try to reset your VM?
