No Port Forwarding - New Modem

I bought a new modem(Linksys CM100), installed it and it works fine except that I cannot port forward. I think that the problem is that the Windows drivers are not installed. I have Leopard OS, Windows XP, and Parallel 5. I found Article 5557 that describes how to share the Windows connection to the MAC which would allow the drivers to be installed. I've tried it without success. When I try to use port forwarding on either the MAC or the Windows side I get a message that it can't find address 192.168.1.1. Should I see the modem on the Apple System Preferences? Any idea how to fix this?

 

We do port forwarding for playing games and configuring ip cameras. Each device have fixed number of port which need to forward. Find the list of port number below:
