Help. I installed Leopard and run XP Professional Service Pack 2 using Parallels 3.0 (build 5160). Now, when I go to open a Windows program like office 2007, or an office 2007 document, it takes forever to load, whereas before I had leopard it was instantaneous. I have 4 gig RAM on a MacBook Pro, so it is not a shortage of RAM. Other programs are not so slow, but nearly a minute to open a Word 2007 doc! Any ideas?
One more piece of info that maybe the parallels can diagnose as a possible cause. When I try to open up on Word 2007 document it says Connecting to Printer, press Esq. to cancel. When I press Esc the document opens up immediately.
Heh, I found the problem. I uninstalled Bonjour and now Office 2007 docs open immediately in Parallels under Leopard. This begs the question. What will happen now with my ability to print under Windows and the Mac if I can't use Bonjour?
