Hi! I have used the trial version 3 years ago. Today, I subscribed the 1-year student plan and access to the parallel desktop. It is not available to use as no boot device is available. It mentioned that the desktop can be connected to Hard disc 1 too. I searched the resolution like disconnecting the hdd. file and reconnecting. However, I failed to access to the desktop. Would should I do? I am urgent to use the parallel. Thank you!

Check and let us know the PVM file size. If it is in MB's or less 10 GB then files might be missing and you have to create a new virtual machine.

Please check this KB article for more information. If you would like to create an empty Vm choose "continue without source"
